Workshare enables you to implement a company-wide policy to remove sensitive information when documents are sent by e-mail. This also ensures that the final version of a document does not contain any hidden comments, Microsoft Word Track Changes, author names or keywords that may be considered a risk for your company. In addition, you can save your documents as PDF files in order to lock the document and increase the security parameters by allowing or disabling printing, changes to the text, copying text or graphics, or adding comments.
