Outsourcing

I.R.I.S. ECM can provide high level consultancy or technical personnel for a specific assignment on the client’s premises under the client’s responsibility. This outsourcing at the heart of our business can increase the client’s capacity to roll out and manage internal projects.

We can send out the available staff at the client’s request. This may be one person – a specialist in a given field - who can either work alone or join and help an existing team set up by the client. This can also involve a group of persons, or even a complete team, seconded to the client’s premises to manage a specific project.

We have a large pool with varied and specific skills, ranging from junior to very senior: analysts, programmer analysts, business architects, consultants, project managers, software architects, technical project managers, technical writers, training specialists, user support agents, web designers, etc.

Our HR department is in charge of screening CVs and interviewing candidates. They also manage the planning of the resources and proactively plan future demand in order to ensure that the right people are available at the right time.
Outsourcing
Because the demand for consultancy has evolved through the course of years, our experience has expanded, meaning we can cover an ever growing spectre of activities. We generally provide our services in one of the following formulas:
  • Fixed Price (FP)
The client requests a service where the contract specifies the various tasks to be managed. It contains the description of the tasks, accompanied by a definition of the expected quality for the service that will be used, in order to measure the successful completion of the project. The contract worker undertakes to provide specific services within the defined period and according to the Service Level Agreement for the fixed price guaranteed by the specific contract. Fixed price projects have an explicit obligation of result.
  • Quoted time & means (QTM)
The method of ordering a given service where the work is divided into different tasks and deliverables. The client provides a detailed description of each task to the contract worker. The contract worker then sends an estimate of the number of days required to carry out the task and the estimated date of delivery of the product/solution (offer). Once the Client has accepted the estimate, only the number of days indicated in the estimate can be calculated.
The method of calling on a service defined by the fields in which it must be carried out, the profile of the person who will be in charge of the project, the starting date and the total number of days necessary to complete the project. The specific contract signed for a Quality Time Management service may cover all or part of the life of the project.

Whereas the FP and QTM projects are essentially covered within the I.R.I.S. premises, with our consultants meeting the client’s representatives at the necessary time according to the task requested, staff working under TM contracts work on the client’s premises.
